Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA - I have been reading this guy's book and watching his show called Brewmasters. I finally had a chance to try this beer while in Florida. It is simply the best IPA I have ever had.

I would have to say that this is a full fledged brewery now. With 2 styles already in bottles, and 3 others in various stages of fermentation, you've really stepped it up.

When do the official tours of the Brewery start?!
tours are every half hour daily.
